Sales officer

Build relationships with customers and vendors • Own customer inquiries from initiation to resolution • Perform administrative tasks such as answering the telephone and other such responsibilities assigned by the Sales team • Work independently to problem solve customer issues or transactions • Interface with sales team to drive continuous improvement of process Sales Support: • Generate sales and purchase contracts as directed by the deputy sales and marketing manager. • Assist Sales team in analyzing contractual commitments, customer specifications, and other data to plan and develop logistic program activities • Review margin analysis with Merchandisers Order Processing: • Process orders provided by the Sales manager • Coordinate quality control documentation and other paperwork associated with processing orders • Ensures that order changes are properly made on all paperwork and communicated to all necessary parties • Handles all related administrative duties related to assigned orders Logistics Coordination:

Local Purchasing Officer.

Ensure Purchase Orders are approved in line with company policy. Email the Purchase Order to the supplier Receipt Purchase Order based on an approved goods receipt note/delivery docket Request credit notes from suppliers and send to Accounts Payable for processing. Establish sound relationships with suppliers, ensure lead times are met and expedite outstanding orders Drive continuous improvement across Purchasing process Evaluate potential vendors and suppliers Request quotes and compare prices for maximum ROI Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers Negotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supply Examine and review products and supplies to ensure quality Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time

Deputy Sales and Marketing Manager

Finding potential customers and making all necessary preparation to commence a cooperation Making necessary negotiations regarding the service details Following current customers process, standards and performance measurements Following all customer relations and activities Interacting and coordination with sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account Should prepare and keep update all the support documents of execution of a contract Liaise with the sales Manager in order to get sure that all recipes are input in the system and link to all relevant services provided Summarize the main points of the Catering Agreement and inform accordingly each department.  Keep the Customer operational manual always updated with tracking of changes communicated inside the unit in order to keep the relevant traceability on changes and updates Monitor the customer complaints and send the feed-back to the Customers. Keep the price list updated and inform accordingly. Consolidate and keep the overview of the Customer performance. Prepare marketing supports for any existing Customer visit Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Communicate, present and influence credibly effectively at all levels of the organization Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
